At Chavan Brother’s Sea Food, we ensure that all fresh and dry fish items are cleaned, packed, and handled
carefully before delivery. Because our products are perishable, our return and refund rules are as follows:
1. Order Cancellation Window (5 Minutes Only)
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it.
After 5 minutes, the order is considered confirmed.
Once the order is confirmed, cleaned, packed, or out for delivery, cancellation will not be allowed.
2. No Returns After Delivery
Due to the perishable nature of fish and seafood:
We do not accept returns after the order has been delivered.
Delivered items cannot be taken back or exchanged.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund is available only when:
If the order is cancelled within 5 minutes — full refund will be given.
If you received a wrong item (different fish item or incorrect quantity).
If the product is damaged due to packing or handling (proof required).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided when:
You try to cancel after 5 minutes
The order is already cleaned, packed, or dispatched
The order is already delivered
You entered incorrect delivery details
You were not available during delivery
You changed your mind after ordering
Improper storage after delivery affects product quality
5. Reporting an Issue
If you received a wrong or damaged product, you must report within 1 hour of delivery with:
Order ID
Photos/videos of the issue
Short description of the problem
Reports made after 1 hour may not be eligible for refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (QR/UPI).
It may take 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
Additional proof may be requested if needed.
